Team Select Home Care provides expert private duty nursing for medically complex children and adults across Dallas, Tarrant, Kaufman, Ellis, and surrounding North Texas counties, with our office in Uptown Dallas. Patients & Families: We specialize in pediatric and adult PDN, including ventilator care, trach management, seizure support, enteral feeding, and 24/7 skilled nursing by licensed RNs and LVNs - delivered in the comfort of home. Referral Sources: We coordinate with physicians, Case Managers, Medicaid, and insurance to manage authorizations and staffing - including overnight and complex care cases. Nurses: RN & LPN openings with flexible schedules, continuing education, new grad training, and tuition reimbursement.
