Team Select Home Care serves medically complex children and adults across Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Sarasota, DeSoto, Glades, and Hendry Counties in Southwest Florida, with our office in Fort Myers / Naples. Patients & Families: We specialize in pediatric and adult PDN, including ventilator care, trach management, and 24/7 skilled nursing. Florida's Family AMFC Program allows eligible family members to become paid caregivers for a medically complex child at home. Referral Sources: We coordinate with physicians, Florida Medicaid, and insurance to manage authorizations and complex cases across Southwest Florida. Nurses: RN & LPN openings with flexible schedules, new grad training, and tuition reimbursement.
