Dr. Stephanie Smolinski is a licensed clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping young adults increase their overall well-being. Dr. Smolinski seeks to create a safe, secure, and compassionate atmosphere where patients can work collaboratively toward achievable goals. She believes the patient is the expert in their own lives. She specializes in anxiety, adjustment issues, athletes, childhood emotional neglect, chronic illnesses and disabilities, non-suicidal self-injury, nutrition, grief/loss, spirituality/religious identity, and peer relationships.
