I am committed to working with you in a collaborative process to explore any obstacles you are facing. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to challenge old patterns and beliefs, find new ways of thinking, and build your self-confidence to manage the world around you. I enjoy playing board games, spoiling my dog, Olive, and trying to keep my plants alive.
