Apart from English, I speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese. Being an ex-banker, I am comfortable dealing with banks and familiar with their lending criteria and settlement process. There is no charge to you for my service as I get paid the same commission regardless of which home loan you choose, as long as it's a residential home loan with one of the 25 lenders on our panel.
