Mercy LIFE is a PACE program dedicated to helping seniors age 55+ live safely at home while receiving comprehensive, coordinated care. Our team provides primary medical care, therapies, medications, transportation, social activities, and in-home support—all under one plan. We serve Chester County residents who qualify for Medicaid and Medicare or can privately pay. With a focus on independence, dignity, and peace of mind, Mercy LIFE supports both participants and caregivers through personalized, all-inclusive care.
