Description
Dr. Penn has a special interest in Type 1 diabetes and transgender medicine. She has been actively involved in the Central Virginia diabetes community and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She founded and co-directed the Pediatric and Adolescent Transgender Clinic in Richmond.
