Mariah’s approach is focused on being patient-centered, placing emphasis on patient autonomy while creating a safe environment to collaboratively explore individual challenges. She believes in empowering patients with tools, knowledge, and strategies to gain confidence and understanding to achieve healthy well-being. Mariah supports patients’ journeys of growth and healing through various modalities such as CBT, DBT, attachment-based family therapy, solution-focused and trauma-informed care with the use of EMDR.
