Description
Dr. Rowland was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She moved to Rochester, Minnesota for training in pediatrics at the Mayo Clinic and worked for a year in pediatric urgent care in the Twin Cities before moving to Virginia to escape the cold winters.
