Jacob Schultz received his medical degree from the University of Toledo and then went on to complete his residency at Mount Carmel Family Medicine. He is board-certified in Family Medicine. His special interests include Adolescent Care, Asthma/COPD, Behavioral Health, Chronic Disease Management, Diabetes, Geriatrics, Men’s Health, Newborn & Pediatrics, Preventative Health and Sports Medicine.
